1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the website located at bkpo.lol (the Site), which is owned and operated by BKPO, LLC, a United States limited liability company (BKPO, we, us, or our), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (Terms). BKPO provides computer systems design services, including but not limited to infrastructure architecture, systems integration, security engineering, and performance optimization (the Services). 8. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Marin County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
